7.0The position and the outlook. It was roomy and comfortable.
− The property desperately needs some maintenance - a broken, dirty fan was left in one of the bedrooms (we bought a new one & disposed of the broken one),the lid on the kitchen bin was broken, the washing machine leaked, both the gauze and the glass sliding doors were very difficult to open and close. Last year we had a different unit in the same complex which was in much better condition & certainly more pleasant to stay in.
Had a great stay and will come again.
10.0The unit was very comfortable and the location was great with the beach a short walk away and the pool for when the weather was inclement. I have been going to Bayparklands for many years and it never disappoints.
− The price was high considering that linen hire was extra and having to supply toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and tablets as well as bin bags was a bit disappointing.
Good to know
Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
