Poorly kept caravan
3.0The site was lovely have stayed here many times before. The location of the van was good
− The cleanliness of the caravan was shocking, stains everywhere, splashes of god knows what up doors. The floors were disgusting my 1-year-old was dirty after crawling on the floor. Stains on mattresses, no electric hoover to clean properly, no cleaning products in the van so we had to go purchase some to clean adequately. Could see there was no cleaning done before our arrival. Even when it states pets are welcome. Cobwebs everywhere, and the door doesn't close properly. Despite complaining about all of this all I got offered was a "late" check out at 12 pm instead of 10 or for a " cleaner" to come "back" to the van. Cleaning should be done adequately in between guests! The overall stay wasn't great I won't be booking again

Modern, well equipped, spacious and comfortable accommodation with a great location, would go back
10.0Spacious well equipped caravan, it was great to have an en-suite bathroom and another bathroom. Main bedroom was very spacious and the other bedroom had plenty of storage and comfy beds. There was everything need for a self-catering break. It was lovely sitting out on the decking with a coffee. It was dog friendly which was a bonus as I wouldn’t go away in the UK without my dog. It was less than 5 miniutes to the beautiful sandy beach, great location to explore Norfolk not far from horsey gap and areas surrounding and the fish and chips on sight were tasty. Also the price was fantastic for a last minute getaway as we only booked the weekend before as we needed a weekend away from home.

1.0Do not book with c2c holidays. Very little understanding when you tell them the reason you will not be attending. Bunch of kids on the end of the phone too.

Only used has a base camp for an event we was at
7.0Location of van super easy to find. Used the letting company a couple of times now and no issues.
− Toilet, it's crazy small. Your knees are literally touching the door. Van looked like its not been used in a while and had a musty smell to it, plus a couple of 8 legged lodgers just chilling. Carpets are dirty in the lounge. They need wet cleaning because you can smell the odour off of it (smells like wet dog) Shower isn't the best but does its job.
