− Purtroppo le foto ingannano molto,la villetta è molto trascurata in tutti i sensi. Inizio con la lista delle disavventure allora il solaio dell ingresso presenta filature di infiltrazioni di acqua, i materassi antichi a molle, dopo qualche giorno ho dovuto chiamare il proprietario per farli cambiare perché la notte non si riusciva a dormire, Dopo qualche giorno ci siamo ritrovati la casa tutta allagata, a causa di un tubo completamente arrugginito dello scaldino del bagno. Io mia moglie e grazie ad un vicino di casa ci ha aiutati a togliere tutta l acqua. Due ore di lavoro e non vi dico da sotto i letti e il divano tutte le pilocce e porcherie che sono uscite. Le disgrazie non sono finite ci siamo ritrovati anche senza acqua in quanto la pompa di pescaggio del pozzo si e rotta.Il lavandino del bagno otturato, tutti i filtrini dei rubinetti completamente otturati e chi piu ne ha ne metta. Sul piano cottura della cucina ci sono le colonie di formiche che entrano ed escono dalle prese della corrente. Insomma è una casa che dal punto di vista della posizione e perfetta ma per il resto stateci alla larga, dopo aver pagato un bel po di soldi si pretende anche che la casa sia decente.
