Estancia de un 5, pudiendo haber sido de 9. Falta de higiene y ducha insegura.
6.0El apartamento, la piscina y la ubicación bien.
− La falta de limpieza y sobre todo en el jardín, todo lleno de excrementos de pájaros, las hamacas, sillas negras de mierda y encima la pata de la mesa y lo tenderos rotos. Una pena, con las maravillosas vistas, no pudimos disfrutar de la estancia. Encerrados en casa cuando volvíamos. Por favor poned un plato de ducha en condiciones esas baldosas sueltas os traerán muchos problema. El primer día tuvimos que lavar colchas, almohadas, y limpiar apartamento completamente. Una pena!!!

9.0Spacious and tidy flat with lots of accessories on a beautiful estate with outstanding views.
− TV could only get you tube. A very long way from a supermarket or any local shops. A car is essential as it’s about a 15 minute drive. We were bitten to death by mosquitoes possibly the time of year, September.
It was a dreadful experience. Holidays are meant to be relaxing & this was anything but due to lack of support &

− The service provided by Zapholiday agents was pathetic. Calls weren’t answered in the days leading up to the holiday causing frustration & uncertainty. The keys provided did not match the entrance gates to the complex. On our first day the patio table collapsed and an expensive bottle of wine was broken in the fall. It was not replaced & when returning the keys all I got was a blank stare as if I was imagining it. It took 24 hours to have the table repaired & again contacting Zapholiday agents was ridiculously difficult. The charge of €140 was extortionate. We left the place as we found it & a few hours cleaning in Spain does not cost €140. They profit from cleaning. It was imperative to travel to a town which was 10 minutes away to collect keys & keys had to be returned post holiday to the same location. There was NO personal service. NO personal to speak to for small things such as how to get the tv to work.
