Great location, not as clean as we’d have expected.

− The property wasn’t particularly clean, there were hairs in the bath, dog hair on the furniture and an empty tablet box in the bedroom drawer from a previous occupant, so it obviously hadn’t been thoroughly checked and cleaned.

− It had a fridge but no freezer . Thing like scissors / need replacing . Tv had apps like netflicks but wouldn't accept my email . So in evening made do with basic channels .

Cockroach infestation
2.0The location was great and as advertised. The host gave a prompt response to my concerns.
− The house is infested with cockroaches. The host knew this from the previous guests and should have informed me and booking.com should have offered an alternative. I contacted customer service twice and I still have not received a reply. I would like to know when I am going to receive the refund that the host offered me.
