7.0− The Jacuzzi tub in the master suite did not work and the blinds on the windows in the master suite would not open we had to tie them up.

Not worth the price
4.0Room was dirty. Light broken in 2nd BR. Large clump of hair in MBR shower. Sliding door lock broke. In 2nd BR, Glass doors in living room so hard to open and close that we used the MBR to go to patio.
