− Having to leave a deposit. I have never been asked this before. Parking outside had a time restriction on it which was not mentioned before booking. En-suite had a leaking shower which was not usable. TV was not set up for main channels.
Had a lovely lovely week in Deal - just a few things to rectify in house to make better.
8.0the location was great. Nice little outside space, although table cover could be have been cleaned - wasn't ready for the next customer in my opionion. Double bed was OK comfortable but creaked like mad. Definitely need a new bed! Single beds were OK - just really old and look old. Overall the house was comfortable

Just old - definitely need to replace the beds. Need some kind of airfreshener too as a bit smelly/musky when arrived. Also the bedding wasn't a pleasant smell either. Tatty towels - could be improved.

Relaxing, lots of shopping, chatting and dining.
8.0Beds were super soft and comfy fluffy duvet. Fridge and kitchen spotlessly clean, washing up liquid and soap. Bathroom had lots of supplies in the cupboard. Shower had lots of warm water and good pressure. Location was perfect so quiet but so close to all the shops and restaurants.
− Shower was a weird design, water splashed on to edge of bath and had to be cleaned up. Wifi box dangling on leads, worked fine. Would have been nice to have a welcome book with how to turn heating on, etc. and local recommendations.
