− No aceptan ningún tipo de visitas ni de repartidores. Tiene murciélagos en la terraza y no te deja productos para poder limpiar.

9.0Condomínio muito organizado, apartamento bem cuidado com vista excelente. Tem todos os utensílios necessários para uma hospedagem. A anfitriã muito solicita e disponível. Varanda grande. O condomínio tem um belíssimo jardim ao centro e tem uma cabana na praia para praticantes de esporte náutico.
− Só passar tirar o pó das cadeiras das varandas pois chegou a sujar de pó preto um short branco.

Great value for money, spacious and great for family get away.
9.0Great value for money! The apartment is very spacious, well ventilated, and with a lovely view to the ocean. Hosts are very attentive, and the whole check in process was smooth. Also, walk distance to the city centre, with all shops and restaurants. We’ve stayed in different places in Cumbuco before, but this was certainly our preferred option.
− Small details can be improved (like the beds could’ve been a little softer), but nothing that has jeopardised our stay.
