9.0Good location with excellent morning view from the balcony, short distance from Kumamoto station and many nearby shops and restaurants The service was excellent. There was an issue with our parking on the first day and the owner was fast to respond and resolve the issue. The place was clean, spacious and well kept
− No TV or entertainment, very small fridge/freezer, an indoor sensor light that continuously blinked on and off throughout the night and the living room door would not shut properly
