− The noise of the people above us and of people coming in and out of the front door. Having to pay to park. No iron in the room.

7.0Great stay overall! The location was perfect—easy to find, with super simple check-in right next to the parking garage. It’s really close to Bathhouse Row, plus lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The place itself was nice and clean, and it felt like a great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again.
− Pretty noisy stay overall. You can hear people walking around upstairs all night, which made it hard to sleep. Then there’s a street sweeper that comes by around 5am every morning, so you’re up early whether you want to be or not. Definitely frustrating—hope others have better luck getting some rest.

9.0Excellent location, walking distance to the bathhouse row, very clean, has everything you need including hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, conditioner and lotion
− Bring a pear of earplugs you might need it, I can hear the guest upstairs walking. And the ground coffee they provide is not very good :(
