Son emplacement et sa terrasse de folie avec vue sur le Minaret Kalon et la Madrassa ! Incroyable ! 🥰 et la gentillesse de la famille qui gère cette guest house avec très bon petit déjeuner ! Je recommande vivement !!

Çok memnun kaldım. Bir daha Buhara’ya gelirsem başka bir otel aramadan direkt buraya gelirim. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Konumunu çok beğendim. Otel oldukça temizdi, fiyat-performans açısından da gerçekten çok başarılı. Genel olarak konaklamamdan çok memnun kaldım

− Teras kısmında bulunan bir cihaz oldukça yüksek ses çıkarıyordu ve zaman zaman insana elektrik kaçağı varmış hissi vererek biraz tedirgin ediyordu. Ayrıca odamın penceresi tam olarak kapanmıyordu. Bunlar dışında konaklamamdan memnun kaldım

Great location overall, with a lovely rooftop terrace. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The day staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the night staff were rude and incompetent.

− There were no towels available on the night of our arrival. After waiting for 40 minutes, we were informed that all of the hotel's towels were still wet after laundering. As a result, we had to use our own clothes to dry ourselves after showering. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. Even a basic shelf next to the bed was missing.

A confirmed reservation means nothing here.

− Worst hotel experience I have ever had. We had a confirmed reservation, informed the hotel in advance about our late-night arrival, and still got told upon arrival that there was “no room available.” This hotel accepted our booking and our money despite apparently having no intention or ability to honor the reservation. This was our honeymoon, and the hotel completely ruined the first night of our trip. After already taking payment for 2 nights, they forced us late at night to move to a much cheaper and lower-quality guesthouse. The replacement room was small, uncomfortable, and did not even have a private bathroom. We paid for a proper hotel and were treated like unwanted walk-in guests. The management was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Even after the incident, the hotel reportedly stopped responding to Booking.com regarding compensation and explanations. Overbooking happens, but the way this hotel handled the situation was unacceptable, dishonest, and irresponsible. If you want a hotel that actually respects confirmed reservations and treats guests properly, stay somewhere else. I strongly regret choosing this hotel.

The location is unbeatable which just a minute walk to the main spots but it is so quiet at night ! My wife and I booked a room for four at very good price with daily breakfast provided. Xachida and a tall handsome young man were very attentive and provided excellent services . Breakfast quantity was more than enough for us. Bathing room is big and clean. Showering water was hot enough for refreshing us bodies after full day tour around Bukhara Old City. A recommendation for those who will stay here : Get some drink and snack up to the terrace and enjoy the beautiful Bukhara
