10.0Die Nähe zu Venedig ist wirklich klasse. Vor Ort hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten. Zwei Bäder, zwei Schlafzimmer eine große Küche und ein Wohnzimmer. Außerdem konnten wie die schöne Terrasse nutzen. Der Kühlschrank war umfangreich gefüllt. Frisches Obst, Kaffee, Tee und sogar eine Flasche Prosecco rundeten den schönen Aufenthalt ab. Vielen Dank.
A perfect accommodation for those who would like to stay a little away from the crowded Venice!
10.0A beautiful and lovely renovated old house! Perfect location. The Maerne di Martellago train station is just a 5-minute drive away, and from there it's only a 25-minute train ride to Venice Santa Lucia. Surprisingly, a well-stocked refrigerator with fresh groceries and a delicious fruit platter was waiting inside the holiday home. Such a really nice touch! The host family is very hospitable. Highly recommended and a place where I'd like to return anytime.

Det er greit plass og fint hus for besøke Venezia.
10.0Jeg likte hus og beliggenhet. Det var kort vei til togstasjon og tog til Venezia.
− Jeg likte ikke kjøkken. Den skulle vært oppgradert til nyere kjøkken med oppvaskmaskin og induksjon plate. Jeg likte ikke at eier sparte penger på strømregningen. Da ofte ha slått av klimaanlegg i huset og det var varmt. Lang vei til Solstrand.

Please note that there is temporarily a construction site in compliance with all legal requirements in front of the building (as shown in the photos). This project is aimed at expanding Cascina Ca' Storta, the historically significant residential and tourist complex that we own. Once completed, this will result in the renovation of buildings that will continue to be used for tourism. Work is typically carried out from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and allows guests constant free passage, guaranteed by a small road running alongside the construction site that is dedicated to access to the property. The construction site does not affect the accommodation listed in the ad in any way; it is simply located in front of it. Car parking will therefore be in front of the construction site, a few steps from the accommodation (as shown in the photos), and will not be supervised.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
