− It looks like apartment is not being heated most of the time when it is not used so it has very unpleasant smell of a wet old cloth that we could not get rid off by opening windows during all our stay...

− The bath towels and bed linen did not smell fresh and some of the crockery were dirty.

− The bedroom mattress wasn’t the most comfortable, but manageable. We had one or two hiccups during our 6 weeks stay but the team did the best they can to assist.
