− Spending a few hundred dollars on some basic updates as well as some general maintenance. 200$ at Walmart would get respectable pillows and blankets, as well as some kitchen tools and appliances that aren't entirely antiquated, dull or just purely poor quality. There was a gap in the sliding door that stayed open permanently and required using a hand towel as a weatherstripping to prevent the -20 temperatures from drafting through the unit. The space and proximity to the lift are truly as good as it gets but the unit itself gives off the impression the owners are aware of this and can subsequently ignore certain upgrades.

− Wow, we did not know there was no elevator, i have bad knees, mother just had a knee relacement, and 88 years old-too much climbing stairs, and no parking anywhere.
