8.0Affordable to get into Central London, plenty of room for a family. 3 bathrooms meant everyone could get ready without having to wait for toilet and showers. Beds comfortable 👍 Lidl at the end of the road for bread and milk 👍 bus stop to get to and from Barking underground station 👍 Neighbourhood felt friendly 👍 Clean and roomy, and felt secure.
− If sleeping in downstairs bedroom, next doors tv on loud well into early hours of the morning, difficult to sleep.

9.0Excellent house for families and groups. The bedrooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable. Having two bathrooms and three toilets made our stay much easier. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped, the garden is a lovely size, and there is parking for three cars on the driveway. The house is in a great location, not far from Lidl and a nice coffee café. The owner is polite, helpful, and easy to contact. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.
