Quiet, fully furnished and great location.
10.0It was quiet, in a good part of town. The stay was fully stocked from all toiletries to kitchen supplies. Everything was up-to-date. It had everything from mouthwash to pain meds(which we needed for hiking all day) Kitchen was one of the best Ive stayed with. New appliances, stocked snacks for a quick bite and good quality stuff.
− The walk way to the property was abit narrow and slippery when wet. It was kinda tricky to get the wheeled luggage through. That was about the only thing I found “negative” about the stay, but for how great the property was…..I wouldn’t worry about it.

9.0Location is great for us to do what we need to do in Arvada. Rooms were cool and clean during our stay.
− The basement air was stuffy and smelled a bit, we needed to turn the bathroom vent fan on when we get back to the room.
