Great location, close to the beach and great pool area. Very quiet which was very welcome. Set in a lovely location, with peaceful lane ways.

− The only thing that surprised us was that the pool didn’t open until 12 noon. The pool serves the urbanisation/ community but was never crowded.

Nice place but could use a bit more thoughtfulness and small details that could make it perfect.

The size, the fact the it had reserved parking spot and that it was close to the beach

− There weren’t enough cups or kitchen necessities such as salt, pepper, olive oil or some water when we arrived, despite the kitchen being beautiful and pretty spacious. ( the apartment could easily fit 8-9 people for sleeping for example, and I think there were only 3 or 2 cups for coffee) . Also coffee capsules were only two left and we were three people staying 3 nights. One of the showers had broken doors too. It’s a pity cause the place is spacious and nice.

Cinco minutos andando a la playa, las camas eran muy cómodas y la cocina muy bien equipada. La terraza es muy agradable para desayunar, comer o simplemente leer

− Solamente tres cosas, una es que uno de los baños es excesivamente pequeño, imposible ducharse, cómo aseo perfecto, otra es que los armarios no están vestidos y están muy poco cuidados por dentro y por último las escaleras de subida no accesible para personas con movilidad reducida

Well-located apartment, close to all amenities in Torreguadiaro

The apartment is very well located, close to a lovely beach and two excellent restaurants. Several other restaurants are within easy walking distance. The development is well maintained, with attractive gardens around it and sea views. The main bedroom and bathroom are excellent, and the living area is good, and it is now likely to be better, following the fitting of new kitchen cupboards after we left. (The lack of an oven was a disappointment).

− No oven, inadequate storage, cleaning equipment should not be stored in the wardrobes. Sofas were not very comfortable (and not as shown in the pictures), and there were no cushions. The walk from the car parking space and the steps up to the apartment with luggage are a bit awkward. A heater is needed in the bathroom for winter lets. The ceiling needs painting.
