A charming, interesting, and rather unique experience.
10.0This is a secluded spot for those enjoying peace far away from people, needing a decoupling from crowds. It is good to bring all your food and drinks with you for all the days and use the freezers, fridges, and kitchen. The shops in the nearby village are poor. There is no air conditioning in the room or the salon, but there are friendly little dogs and a cat outside. The chalet can be used also for small workshops, for up to about eight people. It has internet, but no mobile phone signal. One can use it as a base camp for trips to the Ciortea and Boia pics. If you have a 4x4 car it's better, you can go by the forestry roads up 1500- 1700 m. Otherwise, at least higher cars to reach the points where the trails start. In the nearby, there is a monastery. The chalet is in tune with the religious culture. No smoking is allowed inside the rooms. Overall, a charming, interesting, and rather unique place. I will come back to enjoy the surroundings.

9.0Secluded spot but with amenities, great local food products and amazing nature all around. Very flexible and nice people around to make the experience as personalized and agreeable as one wishes. Definitely a place I recommend checking out
