Cosy, highly recommendable cabin close to Lake Egypt and Shawnee National Park
10.0Very cute, cosy and clean little cabin, perfect for a couple, with kitchen, living room, bedroom, hot shower and outside fireplace. Nice interior, designed with love for details, A/C and a smart tv. The kitchen has everything we could wish for, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, and even a little barista type espresso machine, and of course all other utensils needed to cook. The bed was comfy, the shower hot. The hosts are super friendly and provided all necessary info days upfront, checked in on us why text machine and always reacted fast when we had any questions. Outside is both a little BBQ place as well as a fireplace and we enjoyed making Smores. The house is very centrally located, close to Lake Egypt, and may great hiking locations such as Ferne Clyffe State park and Shawnee National Park. We really loved out stay in this cabin and will for sure come back!
− Adding a few more dish towels is really the only thing we could think of to improve even more. Other than that, it was just perfect!
