8.0Place de parking réservée et sécurisée, fenêtres côté parking donc silencieux, appartement propre et fonctionnel rien à redire. Plutôt bien placé : 10 minutes de marche pour arriver au centre de Côme
− Manque de chance sur une période de travaux chez les voisins, c’est le désavantage de la vie en appartement, si on y est habitué ce n’est pas un souci

10.0No complaints. Very neat, clean, comfortable. There is everything you need. It wasn't too hot for us, the fan was enough (the temperature outside was 23-30 degrees). The place is great. 10 minutes and already in the center of the old town. Free parking space. Great vacation, amazing Lake Como with in all the towns, villas and atmosphere

6.0Good location, modern apartments, clear check-in process.
− The apartment NEEDS air conditioning, it was so hard to get a good night's sleep as it was so hot outside and inside. So in the morning we were so tired that we didn't want to do anything. Also a simple bed would have been more comfortable instead of a sofa bed as it was not very comfortable.
