− Place de parc très petite. Peu d'ustensiles en cuisine. Et sol très très chaud, eau chaude ou chauffage ???

5.0Die Lage und die Grösse der Wohnung
− Die Küchenausstattung war viel zu spärlich für eine Familie. Im Bad ist Schimmel. Die Rollläden sind in diversen Zimmern und Wohnzimmer sehr renovationsbedürftig.

10.0Zeer ruim appartement met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers. De locatie is goed te bereiken, en op loopafstand van de Migros, het centrum, het meer en de waterval. De foto' s die ik zal proberen toe te voegen, zeggen genoeg. We hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad. De prijs- kwaliteitverhouding was voor ons goed. De prijs varieert behoorlijk. We hebben het getroffen dat dit een half jaar geleden bij boeking binnen het bereik van onze zoekopdracht viel. Dankuwel, het was goed!
− Jammer dat we de wasmachine in de kelder niet konden bereiken, omdat we geen goede sleutel hadden. Vanwege de verder geweldige ervaring, kan ik dit relativeren:-)

Comfortable property in a good location with beautiful views but be prepared for a warm stay!
8.0The internal space in the property was fantastic, the property was also very well cleaned prior to our arrival. The views from the property were amazing and the private garden space around the property was also a nice bonus.
− The weather was hot when we visited and during daylight hours the property became very warm, particularly when the sun shone directly on to it. The was no adequate means of cooling the internal space so it just got warmer and warmer. As there was no air conditioning we requested fans from the (management company) host but we were told they did not have any. In the end we dealt with the problem of excessive heat by opening all windows and patio doors early each morning to cool the property down then when the sun arose in the sky we closed everything up, put down all the external shutters and left the property for the day, returning after darkness had fallen. To open windows at night the internal lights have to be out otherwise the place fills with flying insects attracted to the light. One other problem to note is that ants seemed to be an issue at the property, with ant bait boxes being left out by the host. If small fragments of food fell on the floor they attracted a large number of ants within a short period of time. All that being said, this is a very nice property in a very good location and if you can cope with the heat and keep any food fragments cleaned up you can have a very nice stay here. Neither of these issues should be too much for the management company or the host to sort out.
