10.0The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood, it has good parking options and overall very aesthetically pleasing with nice decoration. Overall it is very clean and has everything you'd expect!
− I think the only thing that can be a bit challenging is that if you're traveling with kids the staircase can be a bit rough. There is also a lack of closet so if you're traveling with lots of clothes it can be hard to find a space to fit them.

Great location and quiet neighborhood
10.0What a gem of an apartment in downtown Dallas! The location is excellent - right by the tollway and I-35. It was easy to get where I needed to go. The apartment has a full parking lot, so I was able to park my car right by the room. No keys and no lock boxes - just a door code. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. And the price? STELLAR! The area was quiet as well. I needed a full kitchen to cook and it had everything.
− It's near Love Field, so there are airplanes coming in for landings about every 15 minutes. But I got used to them pretty quickly and could deal with that. What I cannot deal with is neighbors' music or fighting or cops, and this apartment was very quiet.
