N/a The apartment was very well provisioned with tea / coffee etc. It is spacious and very well appointed. Great bathroom. The views are spectacular. Parking is excellent Some interesting historical locations very nearby, including the old Castle which issuing renovated.

− The streets were a bit grubby and lots of litter. The one way system, random Bus Gates, and roadworks that closed off access made getting to Blonk Street challenging. Don't trust your SatNav! Being so high (11th floor) it always seemed to be very windy and south and west facing made it extremely hot.

Really convenient for work trip

Good location only 10 minutes from town, good facilities, living space was large enough, bedrooms a good size, amazing views. Having a parking space was really helpful and there was a quick response whenever I had questions.

− A tea towel would have been useful. The living room furniture looked nice but wasn't hugely comfortable. It was clean but could have done with a deep clean. The blinds didn't work well.

It was fresh looking, nice decor, spacious, quiet! Had plenty of cupboard space to put our food, shower worked ok, use of washing machine and cordless iron! everywhere was spotless.

− Bed was a little bit on the cheap side so wasn’t the best nights sleep but it was definitely not my worst!! Pillows could do with pillow protectors on, when I stripped the bed for the cleaner, I saw that they were stained and I had to bleach the toilet brush as it was gross to look at! Could do with a sieve to drain rice please ! No colander either. Bus lane !! Nightmare! Received a fine !! But my sat nav took me that way!! 🤦‍♀️

Great location. Flat excellent over all

− The code wasn't right on books g form and had to contact the service, yet they were very quick and resolved the issue fast

Location, parking and access were all good. Apartment was also a good size

− Main issue was the windows didn't fit properly so there was a consistent whistling as the wind blew through and the doors would not stay shut or rattled which kept us awake all night. Kitchen wasn't very well equipped and the flat seemed dirty. The rug was filthy and there was rubblish from the last residents under chairs etc. Also, the bottles of shower gel were empty. Lack of care generally.
