Perfect villa, perfect location, perfect host!!

This villa is amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice, it has been finished to such a high standard, everything is spot on. So much room, super comfy beds, hot powerful showers, amazing pool and outdoor eating area. The location is picturesque, gorgeous views of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other, lovely peaceful location. Small shop just down the hill, but you will need a car to get around. But very easy to get to Rethymno which has an array of tavernas, a Lidl, and all sorts of shops. The villa comes with everything you could think of , loads of crockery and cutlery both inside and out. We used the bbq and loved the big covered outside area. The pool is huge, with lovely padded sun beds and parasols around it. Table tennis , chess board, inflatables, PS5, gym, ice cold AC. Eva is the perfect host. We were delayed 2 hours arriving, but she kept in contact and ensured she was at the villa to meet us and show us everything. Whenever we needed her, she was always available, answering queries and happy to come to the villa. Nothing was too much trouble and she makes the best Creteian pies. She is a wonderful host and made our experience 5 star!

− Only gripe was that it comes with 12 luxury padded sun beds but we had a party of 14 which meant that 2 always had to use plastic sun beds, given the villa can hold up to 16 I think there should be enough padded sun beds for everyone. But that is the only negative and it’s very minor. The whole part6 had a fantastic holiday and we all want to go back .

Wonderful villa with modern, high-end amenities. Very friendly, service minded and accessible host, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great stay.
