1.0Nothing, almost dilapidated and severely unclean. Dust everywhere and cobwebs copious. Staff unhelpful and have been chasing for a refund since to which receiving same thank you for your patience messages. Ad is Extremely misleading and this property should not be bookable at all!!! Grease stains all over the blinds in the kitchen, bathroom severely unclean, a not so good electrical report at a glance left in plain view, wallpaper peeling off the walls and a clear waterproofing issue on the roof due to the bubbling wallpaper in every room. Avoid this place at ALL cost.
− Everything, cleanliness was extremely poor, decor, facilities. There was nothing fit to standard.

7.0The house and the grounds were fine. The deco very dated couldn't move in the toilet or shut the door so small the shower head kept moving not good if disabled as you have to step into a steep bath also garden good if you can get up very steep steps at back it was an ok stay felt a bit like someone was in the house with you bit spooky location was ok 12 mins drive from st Andrews but you couldn't walk as no foot path on main road The grounds were nice and loads of walks to be done the beds were comfy think it should be advertised about things so people are aware if they are disabled
