10.0Lovely comfortable house and very clean . Owner was very helpful with any questions I asked which made our stay even better. About a 10-15 min walk into the city centre and about 25-30 min walk from the train station, but be warned , it's very very hilly in Durham and trying to drag a suitcase up steep hills in blistering sunshine wasn't easy 🥵 A quietish location , despite the house being just off a busy road .
Disappointed.

− It advertised parking but asked not to use parking permit, which we didn't but had a bit of a walk to the car. The bedrooms were tiny with uncomfortable beds. The garden was very untidy.

9.0Die Wohnung war groß und sehr gut eingerichtet, alles schön hell, Elektrogeräte hervorragend.
− Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte besser sein, z. B. fehlte eine Pfanne, größere Löffel und Messer
