OK for one night, but I will choose somewhere else next time.
6.0The property faces a small lake which is good for sunrise viewing, but there were lots of mosquitoes this summer everywhere in Calgary.
− It is a bit false advertising because the pictures show the upper floor and lower floor (walk out basement), but the place we ended up with is just the walk out basement with 3 rooms. It says there are 2 bathrooms, but it has 1 bathroom and 1 powder room. The host did not ask for damage deposit until the day of my arrival. She asks for e-transfer to her personal account, After a few conversations, we settled for cash deposit on my arrival at the property. It has been a 15 minutes wait for the owner to show up at the property to provide the door code. Damage deposit was returned on the next day of my check-out after the cleaning lady did an inspection.
The house is clean and complete but the rate is too high for one night

10.0The accommodation is very well-equipped, everything is clearly labeled, and there are lovely little touches. The location is peaceful with access to a large, beautifully landscaped and tranquil rainwater retention lake.
