9.0The layout of the prooerty. The bed wax very comfy. Quiet location, near the harbour for early morning walk with the dog..small garden. The host had kindly left a little welcome pack, greatly appreciated..

6.0− Property is looking tired and in need of being refreshed, great location, for exploring the coast and surrounding areas.
The location and facilities were perfect for what we needed.
8.0Ideal location, with a local pub within walking distance which was ideal for evening food. The property was clean and it was lovely to have a welcome package of local produce, very thoughtful.
− There was lawn next to where you park and with the weather being constant rain, it meant having to stand in mud to get out of the car.
Pleasant but could have been better

− Storage heaters upstairs did not work, meaning it was freezing cold upstairs in December which was not pleasant over Christmas and was the main reason for us leaving a day early. Whilst we appreciate it was the Christmas period, we did not hear back about how to make these work until the day before we were due to depart. A little dated in places - carpet in the bathroom Lack of basic amenities - 1 toilet roll was provided for 5 people for 4 days meaning we had to go out to the shop on Christmas Eve for some more. 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 tiny bottle of washing up liquid etc etc. No cling film or tin foil and all of the knives were blunt. Would have appreciated some Christmas decorations as a nice touch to make it feel a bit more homely.
We all enjoyed our stay

− Carpet in the bathroom for a holiday let is not ideal. The house was fine but does soon need a little updating in most places.
