The property was so clean just as seen on the pictures and the host was super helpful.i will definitely be coming back

Honestly I was frustrated by what I went though from wrong access code, unfriendly staff so my stay wasn’t pleasant

− Definitely not coming back❌The staff called Hosts is extremely rude to customers especially when you didn’t understand something instead of explaining something in a calm manner they become so rude . I was threatened I’ll not get the keys if I don’t Pay the R1000 for security for breaking items Worst of it am I foreigner and obviously no account for South Africa had to make plan fast . Secondly the check in is not smooth so make sure you have data so you contact them if you need help at reception because it’s not as smooth and they may provide a wrong access code so you can imagine if you don’t have network obviously no access to the premises Thirdly I was given a wrong password to access apartment which delayed everything and frustrated me fortunately the guys next door contacted them so they come fetch me up Fourth the room is quite small but than it looks on the pictures

− Multiple charges over and above the accommodation price. Late check in fee, breakage deposit I wasn't able to get through to the lady to help me check in and waited over 3 hours for Host Agents to respond. Parking bay not marked properly, the guideline given and the actual was 2 different took me over 45min to find the designated parking pay.

− It was difficult for me to navigate my way to the restaurant and the pool. If the host can share how we can get there or would be easier.
