9.0La propreté, le calme du lotissement, les 2 bières dans le frigo, les produits de premières nécessité. Bien équipé. Place de parking
− Manque de siège à l'intérieur. Manque de vaisselle. Bien pour 4 mais pas pour 6 personnes. Évacuation de douche à revoir. Volet du salon bruyant à la remontée. Vue mer = on l'aperçoit dans l'angle du balcon mais on l'entend.
Séjour agréable et fonctionnel
7.0Appartement bien situé face au lagon et aux activités sportives. La conciergerie Chris et Laetitia sont aimables et disponibles pour les entrées et sorties.
− Les parties communes sont sales et délabrées, la porte d’entrée ne s’ouvre de l’intérieur qu’avec la clé (problème de sécurité en cas d’incendie par exemple) et l’aspirateur ne fonctionne pas.
