− Bed was uncomfortable. No management on site. Windows could not be opened. $1800 + for five nights was excessive.

7.0Location perfect to shops and beach , tennis courts, restaurants, bars etc. sheets, bed cover clean loved that .
− Bathroom old and cold water was limited . Place was clean but had a funny smell like public toilet. Had to buy diffusers to get rid of the smell.

8.0Location was the best feature as well as the unit was clean. You are so close to Sawtell beach and you will have everything at your disposal. The best beach to swim at is the creek or near the headland as there are less waves. They have the best cafes with an assortment of meals. We bought some supplies as it can be expensive to eat out for all your meals and you can find Coles and Woolworths at the next suburb in Toormina. Be prepared to have no wifi and all amenities but it is still okay to bring your own supplies. There was an issue with kids banging in our door for Halloween and throwing rocks in the pool but I called the manager and they acted immediately and resolved the problem. They had a very good working air conditioning and comfortable mattress and clean bedding.
− It is very small and the front door needed attention and a would have preferred more security by having a more solid door or extra locks. If I was not travelling with my husband I would have not felt comfortable to stay. All ground levelled units surround the pool so there is not privacy so we had the windows closed at all times and had the air conditioning on when we were in the unit.
