The pictures are from a good day the place is a shambles and not worth that much money

− The shower head was broken so had to sit at the bottom, the small bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom had damp which went down to the kitchen and part of the roof fell in on the Sunday, it was not cleaned dishes or surfaces, there was rubbish in the drawers in the gold room, so much wrong with the place don't stay

Conservatory, though TV wasn't connected to Internet.

− Place was not clean. Areas of the Dining table, bins, kitchen and cutlery were dirty and not cleaned properly. Bedding had biro pen marker all over the bedsheet. First night, no heating or hot water.

We were in Blackburn for a family funeral and wanted a home from home to relax in and this unfortunately this wasn’t it

In a quiet area but definitely not in Cherry Tree more Mill Hill and this would have affected our booking

− Not very clean. In the kitchen the bin was very dirty, bits of food in the fridge, drawer fronts hanging off, broken hinges, no tea towel or oven gloves, oven very bad and the grill tray unusable, couldn’t read any temp numbers on the oven. No plug in bathroom sink, no lightbulb in bedroom

The only thing we liked about this property was the location

− Very very outdated, paint peeling, weeds in the garden, kitchen cupboard door and drawers hanging off,not enough utensils for cooking with not that we would cook in the cooker as it was filthy, someone had left food in the freezer and that was filthy too. Definitely would not stay there again

Great three bedroom home.

Really lovely comfy home, the lounge /dining area is all new, nice carpets and sofas. Great size TV & fast Internet. The kitchen was basic, but the washer & dryer is a good extra. Both double bedrooms were a good size, I chose the front one, slept so well the bed was comfy & the cul-de-sac was super quiet, and you can't hear the neighbours. Being able to park in the drive was a plus for me. Heating was easy to use, & got super hot very quickly. The owner was excellent with communication. I will definitely stay again.
