- location, near Hazratganj shopping street - the bed is comfy

− - The property consists of two buildings. The first building has a living room, one bedroom, and one bathroom. The second building has a living room and kitchen, with the dining area occupied by a bed adjacent to the bathroom. Exiting through the back door, there is another bedroom separated from the main building with an attached bathroom. The layout is not suitable for families as the spaces are not connected as a single unit. - Before my flight to India, Bobby informed me that only two bedrooms were functional because the bathroom in the third bedroom was not working. He suggested we stay at a farmhouse 6 km away from the city center. We refused, requested a 35% discount to stay at the original property, and he agreed. - Upon arrival, he claimed all three bedrooms were functional, but one bathroom was partially out of order. He only provided a 10% discount. - I stayed for 4 nights. On the 3rd night, the water stopped running in the building with the two bedrooms. I texted Bobby that evening to report the issue. - The next morning, I found the water pump was not working and asked for his assistance. At noon, he called to request the house key but then disappeared without fixing the problem. - By the evening of the 3rd night, when we returned, the water was still not running as no repairs had been made. Only one bathroom in the property was functional. - He threatened us on WhatsApp, stating that the property had not paid taxes, might not support visas, and warned that we might not be able to return to our home country. - The property falsely reported to Booking.com that we did not stay, which makes me suspect they are trying to prevent my review from being published. -The property did not provide toilet paper. My friends and I have traveled to over 30 countries, and this was by far the W-O-R-S-T experience we’ve ever had.

Overall, the stay was good.

i am from Hyderabad and i really liked this home stay. neat & clean property host Prateek is a gentleman. i seriously suggest everyone that i you are travelling to Lucknow then stay here.
