The location was decent

− This is one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever had and another example of what happens with an absentee owner and careless management company. The floors, kitchen counters and inside of the refrigerator were noticeably dirty. We were a party of two and were given one bath towel, one washcloth and a small bath mat that acted as a hand towel. No dish towels or anything in the kitchen to clean with. The lighting was terrible throughout the apartment, all ceiling fan lights, several without bulbs. There was one tiny table lamp and the cord was severed so it was unusable (unsafe). No ambiance and no reading lamps by the bed. No top sheet on one of the two beds. We messaged the management company (Synergy Rentals?) and they were quick and polite with their response assuring us these things would be fixed/ addressed, however nothing happened until we messaged them a second time, and then all we got were newly purchased towels (still in the Target bag).This apartment is in a bit of a dicey neighborhood—that’s okay but the door lock was pathetic--break the glass, turn the lock mechanism and come on in. There is also no garden to enjoy as advertised--just a trashy backyard. There was nothing about this place that was comfortable or pleasant. It is poorly managed and they definitely need a new cleaning crew. It was really a disappointing and unpleasant stay and for such a subpar experience, we should receive a refund. I would not recommend this apartment.

i like the apartment it was roomy location was ok it really did fit where i was visiting for the week.

− we had a hard time opening the place once we found the right door what i HATED about the apartment was the very steep stair case. i actually went back and looked at the ad for the apartment and didn't find any place where it stated there was a steep stair case. which didn't help me a bit because i have bad knees so i had no other choice but to deal with and be extra careful going down when i left. going up was a chore so im sure it wouldn't bother a younger person like i use to be but for someone like me o probably wouldn't have rented it if i actually knew the entrance stairs where so steep. the furniture was on not very comfortable but it was good for the week it wasn't a deal breaker but could be a lil more comfy.

The beds were comfortable and there was ample parking. The renters were quick to respond via chat when we were in need of assistance. Heating system works.

− The property was advertised as a non smoking apartment within the building, but it immediately smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke when we walked in during check in. A lot of the outlets did not work, including bedrooms or living room. If you're a light sleeper, the sound throughout the apartments travels easily, so we could hear downstairs neighbors yelling and playing music very late into the night/morning. This isn't the fault of the renters, but it's something to keep in mind.
