Buena ubicación en edificio patrimonial. Puede mejorar algunos aspectos.

− La vista es sobre los techos restaurantes, que emiten ruidos y olores a comida. Se debe mantener la ventana cerrada y las vistas se perjudican por eso. Además un tercer piso sin ascensor en escalera caracol dificulta el porte de equipaje pesado.
