7.0The descriptions from other travelers were accurate, so I have no complaints. I consciously accepted this offer. There's no street noise in the property; however, the silence depends solely on the neighbors. The apartment consists of a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Plus, a very small courtyard inside the building, with a transparent roof, with an open sky somewhere high up – not suitable for relaxation. The kitchen equipment for self-catering is adequate. It was clean, so I have no complaints.
− The inner courtyard is tiny and high, so you need to be aware that the apartment has virtually no daylight; it's always dimly lit, requiring artificial lighting throughout the day. I found the damp, musty smell typical of damp buildings unpleasant. Artificial fragrances can't "kill" this. You can't regulate the temperature yourself. It was around 17-18 degrees Celsius inside (late April/early May), I was cold, and I slept in my clothes. Access to the apartment is via a 40- to 50-meter-long, narrow corridor inside the building. This wasn't a problem for me, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with claustrophobia. The price and location close to part of the university (Faculty of Economics) were relatively attractive to me, so I chose this offer despite the shortcomings I know of.

10.0Everything was perfect… this housing solution is located in Saint Giuseppe neighborhood (at via Emilia crossing), that is a very interesting place in Parma full of small business nearby the Ducale Park… Parma historic center is 10 minutes walking…. In the apartment you can find everything you need, even for a long stay, as it was in my case….
