5.0Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist toll, sehr zentral, aber trotzdem recht ruhig.. leider waren die Mieter über der Wohnung sehr laut..
− An sich ist die Wohnung sehr schön, Altbau mit hellen, grossen Räumen. Jedoch ist die Wohnung sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Wir waren 4 Personen, hatten aber nur 3 Handtücher, in dem Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten gab es keine Bettdecken, sonder nur sehr dünne Fliesdecken, der Wasserkocher war defekt und auch sonst war die Sauberkeit der Küche mangelhaft ( Herdplatte,Abzugshaube) Ein Brett das als Abdeckung unterhalb des Geschirrspülers diente, lag lose am Boden. Zum Glück nutzten wir die Whg nur zum Schlafen, da wir Freunde in MD besuchten, somit waren wir glücklicherweise nicht auf die Küche angewiesen. Fazit: diese Wohnung(en) sind als Business konzipiert, es fehlt die Liebe zum Detail. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier trotz der zentralen Lage garnicht.. Vielleicht wäre ein Wechsel der Reinigungfirma in Betracht zu ziehen..

8.0La ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro, 20 min andando. Con restaurantes y súpermercado en la misma manzana. Y el apartamento: es amplio, cocina grande. Decorado con gusto, renovado. Mucha luz. La habitación muy acojedora. Nos trajeron un ventilador, fenomenal porque hubo un día de mucho calor. Había gel y papel WC suficiente. También papel de horno y alguna cápsula de café y tés.
− No funcionó Internet en toda la estancia. La TV va con Internet así que tampoco pudimos ver la TV en toda la estancia. No se puede aparcar alrededor sin pagar. Podrían poner un plano indicando donde se puede aparcar sin pagar. Podrían dejar toallas más grandes y al menos un juego de toallas x persona. Faltó para una de las tres personas. Se agradecería un poco más de menaje de cocina. Y unas líneas con las instrucciones de cómo funciona el horno y el lavavajillas también estaría bien. La bañera es muy alta y la mampara no se ajusta bien. La mesa del salón podría ser un poco más grande. Algún sofá o butaca más en el salón también estaría bien.
