The location of the property is ok. You are next to the beach. However, accessing the property with the car was a nightmare, since you have to deal with a very narrow street (only one car at the time can drive) and obsessed neighbors checking on you every time you wanted to leave or when coming back home. Parking on the main street is also impossible, because of the number of people visiting the small town.

This property is in disgusting and dangerous condition, and it completely ruined our vacation. What was promised and what we found upon arrival are two entirely different realities – and the reality was unacceptable, unsafe, and should never have been listed on Booking in the first place. Upon arrival, the house was already in a dilapidated and unhealthy state: • Plaster was falling from the ceilings and walls — an ongoing issue that began after we checked in. • Mold is present throughout the property – hidden behind furniture as if someone deliberately attempted to cover it up. • Rust is everywhere: on exterior shutters, doors, and iron elements – to the point that some parts have sharp, cutting edges. • A window is broken in the living room area, also exposing dangerous sharp glass. You can find the real status of the property here: www.flickr.com/photos/203125599@N05 The property manager was dismissing on every request. Be aware that when you get there, BarbarHouse provides you with a contract (available only in Italian) where you sign that you accept the condition of the house as reported on the website. Unfortunately, they do not refer to Booking.com (where you probably rented the property), but they refer to an Italian website owned by a different company. It is scam. I ended up spending my vacation writing emails to Booking.com and BarbarHouse. Horrible experience!
