− No hot water in the shower by the time I wanted to take one.
Late night arrival and last minute booking.
10.0Clean, quiet, comfortable and the property manager was very helpful. Checked in late and didn’t want to call for instructions but I ended up calling. I was informed to make sure and call if I made a late reservation. Excellent service.

6.0− mattress wasn't very comfortable, mainly due to the fact that the bed frame was smaller than the mattress itself, so the edges hung over and basically made the bed that much smaller.
