It was wonderful to be in the Philippines and meet my Filipinas extended family and be able to host them. I bought a karaoke player so we had something to do. I filled the fridge from the nearby stores and it = laughter and happiness. Wonderful.

1. It is a beautiful and clean place. We enjoyed the outside sitting area and the  garden. Very relaxing. 2. It is beautiful and safe neighborhood as well. We were able to walk to the wet market,  restaurants, and tennis courts. The neighborhood contains common area facilities that include a court serving the dual purpose for Pickleball and Badminton and a swimming pool. However, the pool was undergoing construction during our stay. We recommend "Cansi" restaurant located nearby. The supermarket, Savemore, is just 2 km away. 3. Michael, the caretaker, met us for the check in and check out, assisting us with both. He was very responsive, helpful, and respectful. He also coordinated drinking water replenishment and trash disposal activities. 4. The living room and kitchen on the first floor is elegant. There was no air-conditioning downstairs but the fan was enough for us. The three Mini split units (located on the upper floor) can be used to provide cooling for the lower living and kitchen areas if temperatures become uncomfortable. 5. There are many trash cans and outside trash bins that we appreciate so much. Having a washing machine, 3 basins, a couple of pails and clotheslines are very helpful.  I love that there are cleaning supplies and sweepers. 6. Having 3 bedrooms is wonderful. The sheets, comforters, pillows, and towels are of good quality; there are plenty of them.  There were drawers and spaces to place our belongings, since we stayed for a month. (One of the smaller bedrooms did not have any storage space, however) 7. It is nice that Netflix is included in the two smart TVs. 8. A bathroom on each floor provided convenience. However, only the upper bathroom contains a hot shower.

− Recommendations: The house is not soundproof in the master bedroom. Be aware that you can hear the usual outside noises common in the Philippines: dogs barking, neighbors karaoke/parties, vehicular related sounds. The two bedrooms that face the back side of the house are shielded from much of the noice by interior walls. The kitchen needs a new knife set or sharpener, a cutting board more suited for meat preparation, and a wider variety of pots and pans. Mirror for the other two smaller bedrooms would be a nice to have, but we were still content with the mirrors provided.

The outside space was excellent,

− We found the stairs rather difficult with having no hand rail especially from the top of the stairs for elderly guests it could be difficult for them
