8.0The property has a nice yard and private pool, this was awesome, even though the gree area of the yard needs more attention.
− Needs to be more clean. The bathroom is old, dirty and with a lot of mold. Seems like the house was not used for a long time and they forgot to deep clean de bathroom. The shower full of mold. In the kitchen the accesories are old, a wet towel left on the counter for too long had also mold underneath. Too bad because these can be cleaned fie such a nice house.

10.0Everything was great. Wonderful location, near to the beach. Nice house. Nice pool. Very good private gated property on both sides of the house. It was so nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning in the garden.. We have been to quite a few houses in Sithonia, and this is one of the best.
− Availability to book for 2 weeks only. I wish I could book it for a month.

9.0A wonderful house with a big garden where I found two gentle turtles, which I fed them with fruit and salad. Very close to restaurants/center! The beds, linen, towels are ok, air conditioning only in the living room, but there are fans in the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. I saw the comments about those who barbecue behind the house, it is not disturbing at all, as others write.
− Cleaning! Even if the bathroom is old, it could be much cleaner! Full of cobwebs almost everywhere, but they didn't bother us. Lack of washing machine.
Perfect Family Home
10.0We spent a very pleasant time in Zennova Casa Mocha. The apartment is large and comfortable. There are front and back yards, a lot of space, and a barbecue, which is very easy to use. We felt like spending time at our home during the vacation. The house is well equipped with all needed stuff for a comfortable stay. There are two very friendly tortoises in the backyard and a cat, which is a little bit shy.
− All was good. Maybe I would suggest putting mosquito nets on the windows in bedrooms, but that is not something that could make the overall impression worse. The house is well equipped with the devices against mosquitos, and there are nets on the front and back doors.
