6.0− Sofa in the lounge was fairly dreadful - new one needed - also not sufficient 'lounge' chairs, someone had to sit on a hard stool.
Superb
9.0Very nice accommodation. Well equipped and comfortable beds, clean and well maintained. A little out of the way, but very quiet. Large car park. Nice footpath along the cliffs. Noss Mayo is about 20 minutes away on foot.

10.0This property is beautiful. The views are great and lots of parking . Best shower ever ! Loved it .
− I think the only negative was the sofa which although beautiful the seat cushions fell into the frame so might need re filling ? Very small thing really .
In the middle of nature a nice stay for 2 people

− Settee was very uncomfortable and in need of replacement. Outside space in front of the unit was very 'public'
