− This is one of the worst stays I've had through Booking.com. 1. My friend and I arrived well after check-in time, only to be told that the room was not ready as the staff had forgotten that we were coming. 2. When we came back 2 hours later, the sheets were changed but the bathroom was extremely dirty and unusable. Only when we enquired did the staff agree to have someone clean it before the evening. 3. This accommodation had more problems than we ever imagined — dirty water, water turning hot in all taps, few minutes of no water at all, dust and dirt from the ceiling on the bed, no towels, no proper facilities and incompetent staff. 4. When we checked out the next morning, the staff told us that hostel was due to close down two days later and that they hadn't been taking bookings. Considering we had made this booking more than a month in advance, we could have been informed about this development much earlier. Overall a completely terrible experience. I will try to receive compensation.
