The property is not what is advertised and there are other people living there, this is a scam
1.0Nothing about the property - the ad was completely misleading.
− The property is not the one at all like the one that is advertised. It is not just an AI touch up, it is a completely different flat. We checked in late at night and went straight to sleep without checking the flat over. In the morning we found there are other people living in the same flat. They started doing their washing and cooking at 8am in the morning, had a loud, long fight and then listened to music. The ad clearly stated the entire place is our own and no one else is living there, which is why we chose this property. I attempted to greet the people living there and speak to them to clarify if they are living there long term and if they posted the ad, but was completely ignored. We checked to see if we were even in the right building; the house number matched, the lockbox code was correct and the keys did not work on any other property doors in the house. The host also confirmed we were on the right floor, which had no other doors/properties. The kitchen is completely different from the ad pictures and was filthy with bits of food and pots covering the whole cooking area. The other tenant's washing was put out all over the common areas, including the stairs. There bathroom was also not at all like what is posted in the pictures. There was no toilet paper, the shower was dirty with brown stains and the ceiling was covered in mould. We were not comfortable with this living arrangement and did not feel secure to be leaving our belongings in the property and left to find alternative accommodation after the first night.
