10.0Trotz der etwas spannenden anreise mit Gondel, kann man nur die Organisation bewundern mit der das Gepäck bis ins hotel kommt. Die Freundlichkeit aller Angestellten war herausragend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Zu einem basic Buffet (allerdings mit hervorragenden Produkten) hatte man die Möglichkeit sich Bowls und andere Köstlichkeiten dazu zu bestellen. Auch das Abendessen war sehr gut. Die Lage direkt an der Piste ist nicht zu übertreffen.

10.0This is a true boutique hotel that makes you feel like at home. Unbeatable location and a genuine service-oriented professional attitude by staff at all levels - certainly, thanks to the exceptional inspiration and lead by Ralf as their committed manager.
− Well…wifi is not what you expect these days. Think about the work-around :) when coming.

8.0Superfreundliches Personal, sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Lage top, vor allem zur Skipiste. Sehr idyllisch gelegen. Toller Wellnessbereich.
− Sehr kleines Frühstücksbuffet, jedoch a la carte Bestellungen waren sehr gut. Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer und auch kein Kühlschrank/Minibar

Please note that in winter, the property can only be reached by cable car from Lech. The cable car to Oberlech and the hotel operates nonstop from 07:00 to 01:00. When guests own a ski pass, no extra fee has to be paid for the cable car.
The cable car is operational between 09:00 and 18:00 during the summer.
