La signora Lucia ti fa' sentire a casa dal primo istante, sempre molto disponibile e accogliente con una grande conoscenza della zona e non solo ti ammalia con i suoi racconti. La struttura è semplice ma ben curata, il letto è stra comodo e soprattutto pulitissima sia negli ambienti interni sia in quelli esterni. Nulla è lasciato al caso.

Una persona speciale è un posto speciale.

The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful area in Casalnuovo near Naples, despite being close to the main street of the town along which there are all the services (bakeries, grocery stores, supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, etc.). I highly recommend the wonderful and not expensive pizzeria Cristian Mamazza. It is possible to park your car on the property, but it can not be a very large car as limousine/Caravan type. Very close to the train station (max. 5 min walk), from where you can get to Piazza Garibaldi/Napoli Centrale station by Regio train in 15-20 minutes. Very good location for tourists who, in addition to Naples, plan to visit the southern areas of the city such as Pompeii, Vesuvius, Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast or Capri island. The apartment is spacious and cozy, with a very comfortable double bed. Equipped with all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. Located in a separate building than the host one, so ensuring privacy and independence. Both the apartment and the surroundings are very clean, and nice Christmas atmosphere was provided by the host. There is possibility of picking oranges straight from the trees that grow on the property. A separate advantage is the host Lucia, who is very hospitable, nice and helpful. Despite her poor knowledge of English, she communicates very well using Google translator and there was no problem in communication. Lucia provided coffee capsules, milk, mineral water and sweet cakes. Moreover, as we had nothing organized for New Year's Eve dinner (and local restaurants were closed), so Lucia invited us to her apartment for dinner with her family and friends. We spent a very pleasant New Year's Eve in the Italian style.

− A bit far from the center of Naples, but easy to get there by train. However, trains do not run very often, especially on weekends and holidays, e.g. there is a break between 10:02 and 14:01, and the return from Naples at the latest at 20:40. If someone is a light sleeper, the flying planes may disturb - they have a route to the Naples airport here.

It was very nice thank you to the host Lucia Nappa. She made everything enjoyable.

We love the host Senora Lucia Napa. She’s so kind and very accommodating. All our requests were granted and the place is quiet and peaceful.

− A bit far from downtown Napoli but very accessible by train and the host Senora Lucia even gave us a ride twice!
