Great Home away from Home in Little Big Town of Des Moines

Comfortable House, Great home type amenities (Laundry, Cooking), Great Location... Everything seemed to be about 4mi away. Great Value

− Can't knock too much, there is only one driveway for the shared duplex, but they seem to rely more on street parking, and it didn't create any issues for me.

It was large enough and had enough beds. Should I say mattresses and just a steel frame of the bed basically

− The area was not so great. There was trash out front when we came there. We had to be moved from one place to the next because they said that one the place I rented originally was not had a leak or something.

It is central Des Moines 20 mins from anywhere. Needs more seating for sleeping 9.

Clean but needs a lot of maintenance touch ups. Beds were good and enough pillows.

− Not enough seating to sleep 9 and only one small TV not big enough for the living room and nothing down stairs.
