The location was fantastic as expected. This end unit literally seems to have the BEST if not the only ocean view in all of Puamana. Every morning had coffee on the lanai and a beautiful sunrise with singing birds. Heaven! Parking is close and convenient, spots were always available. The unit feels very open and airy with the high ceilings, and great fresh breezes with the windows open. Grounds are so green and beautiful. Quick walk to the trail head to hike down to Anini Beach, and also over to the Westin Resort for dinner and drinks if you don't feel like driving anywhere. The keypad entry is also very convenient.

− Bed in master is NOT queen but a double, 5 inches narrower than a queen. Bathrooms have NO bathtubs & fridge is smaller than pictured in the listing. Not a deal breaker, but might disappoint someone that has small children that prefer bathtubs to showers, and the freezer is tiny so if you want to hit Costco in Lihue before driving north, you can't stock up on frozen goods. Also the kitchen could use either new knives, or a sharpener for the existing ones because they are all very dull, frustrating to cut up a pineapple, or to prepare meats for cooking. Owner should update the photos in the listing to reflect the absence of bathtubs and the tiny fridge, also list the bed upstairs as a DOUBLE, not a queen. It's not really big enough for two adults to sleep comfortably. Last, the high ceiling rafters in the living and dining room area really need a good cleaning, there were many cobwebs, otherwise the unit was very clean and enjoyable.

Beautiful Condo in Tranquil Location

Nicely decorated and appointed condo with ocean view and easy access to trail leading down to the beach. It has a homey feel with lots of natural light. Very well outfitted kitchen. Extremely clean and well maintained. Washing machine, beach supplies, lots of towels. Had everything we needed. Location at end of road has very little traffic. Beach is beautiful.

− Master bedroom mattress was a bit saggy and not very comfortable. Very loud roosters in the morning, but this is the case all over Kauai. Swimming on the beach can be dangerous in the winter due to rip tides, but this is also true all over North Kauai.
