2.0It is 40 yds from ryde esplanade and from the kitchen/ lounge window there is a sea view.
− Requires redecorating, a new kitchen and as for the bathroom a blind man with a mastic gun has been let loose in there, the Lino in the bathroom has been cut and joined but the pattern is out of sync and then just coated in mastic. The shower door was handing off and a tile had fallen off and guess what….. yes repaired by the blind mastic handy man. If you ate a curry and had 8 pints of cider, and used the loo the next day, you would leave the toilet smelling better than when you entered it. The kitchen cupboard doors have a smearing of airborne fat from the cooking hob and dust has settled into it, if you rub your hand over these doors it feels tacky. The dust build up around the

8.0Location was good. We were in the 2nd flr. All rooms were Spacious and with see view.. It was very nice and clean property... would recommend this property for sure..
