Гарний персонал. Класні апартаменти. Все супер

− Відсутні рушники для тіла і обличчя після душу. Відсутність компліментів для гостей - чай, кава. Можливо наповнити апартаменти якимось базовими продуктами (сіль, перець, олія, яйця, пластівці - але це більше побажання ніж щось негативне.

− I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent accommodation experience. I travelled from the United Kingdom with my baby and, upon arriving at the property, we contacted the host for access. To our shock, we were informed that the property was no longer available, despite receiving no prior notice or communication about this cancellation. This situation placed us in an extremely difficult and distressing position. After several hours of travelling by flight, followed by an additional 3–4 hour bus journey to Brăila, we finally arrived at our destination exhausted and in urgent need of rest, especially with a baby. Arriving only to discover that we had no accommodation was both embarrassing and unacceptable. I immediately contacted Booking.com, and I was advised to secure alternative accommodation, with the assurance that the price difference would be refunded. Due to the disappointment and loss of trust caused by this experience at Bulevard 11, I no longer felt comfortable booking another private apartment. For this reason, I chose Hotel Traian instead, as I believed a hotel would provide greater reliability and security for my family. However, after following the instructions given to me, I was later informed that only €25 would be reimbursed, despite the fact that the price difference amounted to €326. At no point was I told that the alternative accommodation suggested by Booking.com was compulsory or that choosing another suitable option would affect my reimbursement eligibility. I acted in good faith based on the guidance provided to me and under stressful circumstances involving a young child. I therefore expect the agreed compensation for the accommodation price difference to be honoured. I am prepared to take all necessary steps to pursue this matter further if a fair resolution is not provided.
